2005 Gelding - Black and White Overo

This hot looking, young, black and white, Overo is intelligent, easy to get along with, very curious, friendly and willing to please. He is an all around athlete, with ranch horse potential and show potential. He is also one of the smoothest riding horses here. He has a wonderful pedigree and that “in demand” color.
With lots of King, Jack Henry and Two Eyed Jack to round out the package, this young gelding should be a natural winner and head turner. Lot's of cow in him!

Notice Kings Lena ('Lena')             $5500.00

2003 Filly - Bay w/ star, strip, snip.
This filly is 79.25% foundation!

Lena hasn’t had much riding time but probably has the most speed potential. She is level headed, she can turn out from under you and she’s a natural athlete. She has a cutting horse turn and race horse speed and the looks to get the looks. Lena is the type of horse you just can’t “muscle” she needs to be finessed. This mare was an ugly duckling and turned into a swan.

May be the fastest prospect on the farm!

Notice The Moon ('Annie Oakley')            $3,500

Mare - Paint, Tri Color Overo

This is one of my favorite mares here. After only about four rides on her, we took her trail riding. She never made a wrong move. She can be a little fresh if you don’t ride her for awhile but she comes down and finds her brain again, pretty quickly. Jack Henry, Two Eyed Jack, Doc Bar, Docs Solano and Leo are her pedigree claim to fame.
We recently started this mare working cattle and she loves it.  She has loads of potential as a cutting horse or working cow horse

This mare is really coming along well in the roping box!
Kings Okie Poco ('Breez')             $1,800

2004 Filly - Sorrel w/ star
96% Foundation

This mare would make a good trail horse or 4-H project. She is a personable, easy to get along with mare. Some the notable names in her pedigree are Leo, Three Bars, Joe Reed, Peppy and King.

Budders Continental ('Dina')             $1500.00

2004 Filly - Sorrel w/ star
91% Foundation bred

This mare is a good broodmare or working prospect. She was one of the last horses that we began working with so she’s not as far along as some of the others but she does have some potential. She will require a little more patience as most things are still new to her

This horse goes all the way back to the
Decatur Texas Dynasty!

Docs Double L Leo ('Ellie')             $4,300.00

2004 Filly - Buckskin w/ star, strip, snip
This filly is 80.25% foundation!

I’ll be honest we haven’t done much with Ellie yet, mostly because we don’t really care if we sell her. She’s a nice mare with much potential. If she stays here, she’ll be a working girl and eventually a brood mare. She has a sweet nature about her. I’ve been told you can have the most athletic talented horse in the world, and if he has a bad attitude, his talent amounts to nothing. It’s all about the ‘tude. Ellie has a nice attitude and athletic ability. Jackstraw, Leo, Skipper W, Joe Reed Two, King, Wimpy, Old Sorrel Doc’s Solano are some of her well-known relatives.
Noticesugarsfreckles ('Lucy')             $1,500

2004 Filly - Sorrel w/ blaze, four socks
This filly is 81.25% foundation!

I can’t say enough nice things about this young lady. It took about 10 minutes to break this mare. She is easy going and bred to be a cutting horse. She would also make a good trail prospect, or lesson horse. If your looking for something for the less experienced person, this is the family group you want. Lucy is registered quarter horse but could be doubled registered as a Paint. She has a nice sized white spot on her tummy.
